Deep Drawing Quality

Haomei's specialty is in deep drawing quality. Grain size is tightly controlled to minimize the "orange peel effect". This is a rough surface, like the surface of an orange peel, which often occurs after deep drawing. Haomei tightly controls the chemistry and heat treating to maximize the elongation that allows the materials to stretch more.

Anodizing Quality

Our circles are commonly used in high quality anodizing cookware. We are good at providing a very consistent anodizing surface.

Heavy Gauge Circle

Haomei can produce aluminium circles with thicknesses up to 6mm thick. Such thicknesses are commonly required with commercial quality cookware.

Alloy 1070 aluminum circle

It is a lower cost alloy than 3003 aluminum circle but can maintain semi-specular finish with a 65% minium total reflectivity after bright dip and anodize.

Haomei has been producing alloy 1100 aluminum circle for over 10 years. It is suitable for bare finish or diffuse anodize finish application
